  • Good level of computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office 

  • Flexibility with hours having the availability of 1 closing shift of the clinic at 7.30pm Monday evening.

  • Open to learning new things

  • Available minimum 15 hours/ week

Typical Duties

  • Clinic reception duties, first point of customer contact and service, answering and directing telephone calls, bookings, new patient information collection, processing payments, issuing and receiving forms/letters, relaying internal information.

  • Assisting clinicians with set up / resourcing assessments.

  • Keeping our clinic environment welcoming and comforting for our clinicians and guests.
