About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Counsellor to provide high-quality, evidence-based counselling to individuals and couples. You’ll use a range of clinical interventions and contribute to a culture of best practice. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

About You
You’re an experienced counsellor with:

  • Proven skills in individual and couples counselling

  • Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities

  • A person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach

  • Up-to-date knowledge of counselling theories and practices

  • Strong relationship-building with referrers and service providers

  • You are team orientated, not just clinically skilled

  • Confidence with clinical databases

The role involves conducting risk assessments, administering psychological assessments, developing case formulations and delivering treatment plans. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
